Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as far as reasonably practicable.

Accessibility is considered throughout design, development and content updates-not only at launch.

Measures we have taken

Skip link: a “Skip to main content” link allows keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation.

Semantic structure: pages use headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate logically.

Keyboard access: primary navigation, buttons, links and form controls can be operated with a keyboard.

Visible focus: interactive elements have clear focus styles so users can see where they are on the page.

Form labelling: enquiry forms use associated labels, error messages and instructions.

Text alternatives: informative images include alternative text; decorative images are marked appropriately where possible.

Colour and contrast: text and interactive elements are designed to meet readable contrast targets.

Responsive layout: content reflows on small screens and remains usable at up to 200% zoom.

Reduced motion: animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting in supported browsers.

Compatibility

The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, on desktop and mobile devices.

We test with keyboard-only navigation and commonly used assistive technologies where possible during development.

Known limitations

Some historical photographs migrated from our previous website may have limited descriptive alternative text where original captions were unavailable. We continue to improve descriptions as content is reviewed.

Brochure PDFs are provided as downloadable documents. PDF accessibility varies by file and reader software; contact us if you need information in an alternative format.

Embedded third-party content-such as Google Maps on home pages and the SeeMeHired job list on our careers page-is provided by external services and may not fully meet the same accessibility standards as the rest of the site.

Occasional content updates may temporarily introduce issues before they are identified and corrected.

If you find an accessibility barrier, or need information from this website in an alternative format, please email info@electushc.com. Include the page URL, a brief description of the issue, and your contact details if you would like a reply.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five working days and to propose a reasonable timescale for fixes where changes are needed.
