Electus Healthcare are currently recruiting a Head Housekeeper at Saintfield Lodge Care Home, Belfast.

As a Housekeeper you will:

• Supervise a team of staff ensuring domestic and housekeeping services are delivered to company standards and meet all Infection Control requirements.

• Co-ordinate the purchase, supply of materials, equipment and services through approved suppliers, and by ensuring the accurate reconciliation of goods and services against invoices.

• Control stock by checking deliveries, recording, monitoring and effectively managing shortfall and surplus situations.

• Assist the Home Manager in the effective recruitment, selection, development and performance of staff, while planning staff rosters to ensure continuity of services and facilities.

• Identify and report damage, faults and other related issues to the maintenance department to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.
